Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order.

Thank you for shopping at our store.  We appreciate all our customers and will do our best to meet your needs.

 

Quality

We inspect every part we sell and try to state its condition accurately based on the following criteria:

New: Still in original sealed bags or purchased from a Pic-A-Bric wall.  Although we try to handle all items carefully and as little as possible, some new items may have tiny scuffs or scratchs from rubbing together while stored.

Used:  Received outside of or within opened original packaging.  Items may show minor wear, but all are in good, useable condition unless noted in the item's listing.  We do our best to ensure that broken and heavily damaged parts are not included in our inventory.  All used parts are sorted, cleaned, and checked prior to listing.

Minifigures:  New minifigures are not assembled, unless stated in the description.  Most of our minifigures are packaged in zip bags unless sealed in their original packaging.  Used minifigures are carefully assembled, bagged, and stored with any accessories that are included.  Whole or partial minifgures that have been disassembled and listed under Parts are sold as Used.

 

Communication

All buyers will receive a confirmation of their order, a notification when their order has been shipped, and a notification that feedback has been left for them.  We will also send a message if for any reason we cannot ship within 48 hours of receiving payment for an order.  There will be an  announcement on our store page if we need to temporarily close the store or if we expect delays in packing and shipping orders or USPS expected delivery dates due to personal emergencies, weather conditions, storm damage, etc.  Announcements will be made as far in advance as possible, but certain situations may require us to temporarily close shop immediately.  We thank you for your patience and understanding.


Payment

We accept payment via PayPal only at this time.

If a buyer wishes to add to their order, they must do so before sending payment.

 

Taxes

As a seller in the State of Florida, we're required to collect sales tax on all purchases shipped within the state.  If you are a Florida buyer, prices will include 7% sales tax (your cart will show the total amount of sales tax included in the order).  We do not charge sales tax on shipping.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped through USPS within 1 to 2 days after receiving payment unless delayed by a Holiday, weather event (this IS Florida), or emergency situation.  Please see our Delivery page for more details.

 

Feedback

We leave feedback for our buyers once their orders have been shipped.

 

Order Problems and Returns

We strive to provide the best customer service to our customers, but we're only human, so mistakes can happen.  If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know so we can try to  make things right.  Refunds will be made either in store credit or paid to buyer's PayPal account (buyer's choice).  Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any returns.
